Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers Note: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs/duties fees. Please mark returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or damaged work boots (including steel toe cowboy boots and men’s work boots)
  • Opened packages of socks
  • Used gloves and mittens
  • Customized or special order items

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Items to return/exchange (product name, size/color, quantity)
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely (original packaging preferred) with a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
  • Specify your preferred size/color
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise (like steel toe boots with manufacturing flaws):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
